Dane Whitlock put the first Northline Electrical van on the road in 2009 after a decade on commercial sites. The work was meant to be simple: turn up when you say you will, price it before you start, and never leave a job half-safe.

Today there are four of us covering Sydney's inner west. We still answer our own phones, and Dane Whitlock still checks every switchboard that leaves our hands.
